BOOKING CONDITIONS:

  1. CANCELLATIONS made up to Friday 29th May are subject to a charge of 50% of the total invoice cost. After this date the Conference fee is payable in full.
  2. Should delegates not be able to attend, substitutes will be accepted as long as the organisers are notified.
  3. Notification of any cancellation, amendment or substitution to the original booking must be made in writing to Dewberry Redpoint.
  4. Each organisation will be forwarded an invoice which will act as a confirmation of attendance. Further information and joining instructions will be sent out within 2 weeks of the event commencement date.
  5. All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice issue date or prior to the event commencement date, whichever is less.
  6. Should you have any special dietary requirements e.g. vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free; or medical requirements, these should be advised to Dewberry Redpoint at the time of booking.
  7. Dewberry Redpoint nor the University of Sheffield will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of delegates' personal items, or injury caused to a delegate or exhibitor at the event.
  8. Dewberry Redpoint nor the University of Sheffield will not be held responsible for the cost to remedy any damage caused by delegates to University premises or equipment. The University reserves the right to pass this cost onto the delegate.
  9. In cases of unreasonable behaviour towards its staff or other delegates, The University of Sheffield reserves the right to eject attendees from the relevant function or the entire event.
  10. By completing the booking form an organisation agrees to allow exhibitors to contact them. This contact will be in connection with offers, promotions and samples. This is in accordance with the 1984 Data Protection Act
  11. Dewberry Redpoint reserves the right to amend the advertised programme.
