The Skills for Chefs Conference takes place at The Octagon Centre, The University of Sheffield on 23-24 June 2008. More information will be announced later this year. .

Hotelympia Competition

The Second Steelite International Skills for Chefs Competition took place at Hotelympia on 21 February 2006.

The gold medal and best in class was won by Len Unwin, Chef Lecturer at Sheffield College.

Len also wins a gourmet trip to Chicago kindly donated by Steelite International.
